On Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for service at the 600 block of Paradise Acres Drive in Boones Mill for an unresponsive/unconscious 2-year-old. Once arriving on scene, along with Franklin County Department of Public Safety EMS units, the unresponsive two-year-old was immediately transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
