ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WDBJ) – The ribbon-cutting for Rocky Mount Community Park and Franklin County’s first dog park will be Thursday, September 5 at 10 a.m. The new park was re-acquired by the Town of Rocky Mount from the Franklin County YMCA after the property lease ended in 2022.
