The legendary Alabama head coach did not have much confidence in the Scarlet Knights on Saturday, picking Virginia Tech to win in their matchup at Lane Stadium during his appearance on ESPN’s College Gameday. And Saban was not alone: three other members of the six-team panel – Lee Corso, Blake Shelton and Pat McAfee – expected the Hokies to hand Rutgers its first loss of the season. Big Ten alums Desmond Howard (Michigan) and Kirk Herbstreit (Ohio State) were the only ones who believed in the Scarlet Knights.
