SALEM, Va. (WDBJ) – Over the last few months, the City of Salem has cracked down on illegal skill games operated in some convenience stores.
While the games are illegal in Virginia, the law hasn’t been enforced the same in every locality. WDBJ7 spoke with Salem Commonwealth’s Attorney Thomas Bowers about his enforcement of the skills games ban and some of the confusion about the law across the state.
