ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Roanoke Police say they have arrested a suspect in the murder of Meagan Martin, whose body was found Tuesday outside her home.
Police took 45-year-old Joshua Robert Presley of Roanoke into custody Wednesday afternoon. A warrant for second-degree murder had been obtained for his arrest.
