ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Several new liquor laws are now on tap in Virginia, and one of them makes the sale of to-go cocktails permanent.
This new law removes the pending sunset for the sale of beer, wine and cocktails-to-go by licensed third-party delivery providers, including restaurants.
