ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Today will see mostly cloudy skies as high pressure settles in over the northeast. Temperatures will be on the cooler side with highs in the 70s across the region. A few spotty showers cannot be ruled out over the western portion of the area, but most of us will stay dry. Clouds will begin to break late in the day towards the night.
The high pressure will help filter in drier air into the region thanks to northeasterly winds, so humidity will be much lower on Sunday with a mix of sun and clouds for the day.
