Furry Friends: Bug Eyed Frank has a big personality!

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)—WFXR News highlights pets ready for adoption in area shelters through our weekly segment, Furry Friends!

On Tuesday, August 5, Kathy Bauman and Anita Finkle with the Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP) brought Bug Eyed Frank to the WFXR News Studio.

Bug Eyed Frank is a two-year-old dog who weighs about 60 pounds. Frank is very friendly and loves hanging around people; he has never met a stranger. He enjoys the outdoors and riding in the car. While he would make a wonderful hiking companion, Frank can also be a couch potato.

Furry Friends: Buddy is looking for a loving and patient home

Bug Eyed Frank has done great a public events and gets along with children. While he can come on a bit strong, Bug Eyed Frank has done well with other dogs. RCACP always recommends a meet-and-greet when there’s another dog in the family.

This sweet boy has an infectious smile and is full of joyful exuberance. He is ready to find a forever home where he can share his affection!
