SALEM, Va. (WFXR)- Mac and Bob’s is entering its next chapter. New owner Dave Magrogan and his business partner Jeff Larsen say they bring experience from restaurants across the East Coast, but they know this one is special.
“A restaurant like Mac and Bob comes around once in a lifetime,” said Magrogan. “We look for unique restaurants that just need to go onto the next generation. Our job is to respect what was built.”
Magrogan says everything will stay the same, from the uniforms to the employees. The goal is evolution, not overhaul. And one thing is clear, Magrogan plans to preserve the same community spirit.
