FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The man accused of killing a Franklin County High School coach was denied bond on Tuesday.
James Maddox, the man accused of killing 46-year-old Tony Demond Gill, was denied bond in General District Court, and is reportedly appealing the decision to Circuit Court.
