FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – At Roanoke Valley Horse Rescue, every hay bale and feed bag represents another day these horses get a second chance.
“We’ve had over 75 horses come through here over the years. But with adoptions and old age right now, we’re down to 16,” said Jason Muncy, co-founder of RVHR.
