ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Bugs, flies and piles of trash left unattended for weeks. Those are some of the conditions people in a Roanoke senior apartment complex say they’re dealing with. They reached out to WDBJ7 for help.
Senior citizens living at Blue Ridge Village Apartments on Melrose Avenue said life has gotten considerably worse for them over the past two years after a new property management company took over the complex.
