ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – A false alarm at Roanoke’s Target store last night sent a scare through shoppers and police rushing in.
Officers treated it like an active shooter, but it turned out to be nothing.
“Based on the early call notes, it was outside of a store, potentially in a parking lot. Because there are so many businesses in that area, we wanted to check everything inside, outside.
