SALEM, Va. (WFXR)- The City of Salem Animal Shelter announced a temporary pause on cat and kitten intakes due to it being at full capacity.
“This temporary pause will allow us to maintain the highest standard of care for the animals already in our care,” the shelter shared in a Facebook post. “Once enough adoptions take place and space becomes available, we will resume intake.”
