ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – According to Gasbuddy, average gasoline prices in Roanoke have dipped 5.7 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.85 per gallon.
Gas prices in Roanoke are about 5 cents per gallon lower than a month ago, and is at 7.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 2.6 cents per gallon compared to last week, standing at $3.66 per gallon.
The most affordable gas station in Roanoke was priced at $2.59 per gallon, recorded on Sunday, September 14. The priciest gas station was recorded at $3.29 per gallon, a difference of $0.70 per gallon.
