SALEM, Va. (WFXR) – A century-old building once known as Dilly Dally has seen many lives, from its early beginnings in 1910 to its most recent stint as a charming gift shop and ice cream parlor.
The shop is now coming full circle, returning to its roots as a neighborhood staple.
