FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Virginia State Police is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash on Route 834 on Thursday afternoon in Franklin County.
According to officials, the accident occurred South of Route 1129 when a 2006 Subaru Legacy was traveling north on Route 834 and went off the left side of the road. The vehicle then overturned.
Kathy Jean Turnman, 72, of Glade Hill, Va., was identified as the driver and died on the scene. She was wearing her seatbelt…
