ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – As technology continues to evolve, so does cyberbullying, but in different forms.
Dr. Rosanna Breaux, director of the Child Study Center and an associate professor at Virginia Tech, said cyberbullying is no longer limited to mean messages or rumor-spreading.
