BEDFORD, Va. (WSET) — A historic building in Bedford that was destroyed by a fire 5 years ago is now back open, but with a new use.
Today was the grand opening for the Flora apartments, located at the old Bedford Middle School.
Bedford Middle School holds memories for lots of folks, and many said they’re excited to see it flourishing again…
