ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Looking for the perfect Halloween costume but don’t want to break the bank? Or maybe you need some inspiration? We have the answer for you!
The National Retail Federation (NRF) predicts Halloween spending will hit record levels in 2025. The average household plans to spend over $100 on the holiday. NRF adds that the majority of the budget will be focused on costumes. Children’s and adult costumes are expected to spend $13.1 billion this year, the highest since 2023.
