ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke Police Department has released new information regarding the hit-and-run that injured a toddler on Saturday, October 18.
Investigators with the Roanoke Police Department said they found the car by using Flock technology. The suspect’s vehicle is identified as a black 2015 Audi Sedan with a Virginia license plate SZP-8886.
