Just two short weeks after decommitting from Penn State, Rivals four-star cornerback Jaziel Hart has found a new home.
The Roanoke (Va.) North Cross School committed to North Carolina on Monday, announcing his decision via social media with Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett. Hart received an offer from UNC shortly after his decommitment on October 14. He quickly set up an official visit for next month and now jumps from one of the top unranked prospects in the country to a Carolina commit.
