ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke Police Department is investigating a crash involving a motorcycle and a minivan at the intersection of 8th Street and Elm Avenue Southeast.
According to officials, the crash occurred on Wednesday, November 5, at 5:23 p.m. and has resulted in the closure of the intersection.
