Construction is underway on a new primary care medical practice located in the Food Lion shopping center in Moneta. It’s scheduled to open January 5, 2026.
Eastlake Primary Care is owned and operated by founder Holly Roy, PA-C. Roy is a physician assistant who has ties to the area: she’s a Bedford native and graduate of Staunton River High School. Roy received her undergraduate degree from Bridgewater College and her Master’s Degree from Radford University Carilion in Roanoke in 2011 (formally Jefferson College of Health Sciences). Her previous experience has included practicing in outpatient family medicine and urgent care in the Smith Mountain Lake area.
