FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR)- A new county administrator has been selected to succeed outgoing administrator Christopher Whitlow, who recently announced his retirement.
Current deputy county administrator, Steven Sandy, will take over the role, effective February 1, 2026, according to the Franklin County Board of Supervisors.
