BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – At Tuesday’s Botetourt County Board of Supervisors meeting, it was announced Aqua Virginia, who serves residents in the Blue Ridge and Valley areas of the county, was looking to raise their overall water rates by 26 percent.
This means county customers could expect a 33 percent increase.
