BLACKSBURG, Va. (WDBJ) – A new MRI scanner at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery is changing the way people in the New River Valley can get a scan done.
Leaders gathered at the imaging center for a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the new machine. The reason they’re celebrating is the 1.5T MRI scanner is more than just new technology. It’s creating a more comfortable experience for patients to get treatment close to home.
