ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Winter weather has settled into the Roanoke Valley, bringing colder temperatures after weeks of wind chill and snow, and residents are feeling the change.
Some people say they are enjoying the colder conditions and the seasonal atmosphere that comes with them.
