ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Despite original population estimates from years ago, the City of Roanoke is growing and it’s causing an overcrowding issue at Roanoke City Public Schools.
Patrick Henry High School and William Fleming High School are over capacity by a combined 700 students.
