ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – About a thousand people gathered at William Byrd High School for Camden Thepsimuong’s Going Home Celebration.
There wasn’t a dry eye in sight as family, friends, and peers of the recent graduate, who passed away last week from a rare cancer, remembered him for his faithful spirit and joyous energy.
“We’re here to celebrate that a child of God has gone home. He’s fought the good fight. He’s kept the faith,” said Valley Church Pastor, Jason Cook. “Everything we’re doing we’re going to honor Cam’s life.”…
