MONETA, Va. (WSET) — Firefighters in Moneta worked to extinguish a fire that was burning a field on Thursday.
According to the Moneta Volunteer Fire Department, crews were first dispatched to a brush fire off Pecks Road.
“Medic 14-8 arrived to find an approximately 80×80 grass fire. Brush 8 and Brush 83 quickly knocked down the fire,” MVFD said…
