FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – On Monday, Jan. 12 at 6:17 p.m., a two-vehicle crash took the life of 69-year-old Diane Louise Rowell, according to Virginia State Police.
VSP says the crash happened on Route 122 just north of Jubal Early Highway in Franklin County. A 2018 Acura was traveling south when it hit a 1989 Mack truck from behind.
