The Roanoke Police Department has charged a man in relation to a fatal shooting under the Tazewell Bridge.
According to the department, officers responded to the 300 block of Tazewell Avenue SE around 9 p.m. on January 20 for a report of a shooting, where they located 24-year-old Erick Telsaint with gunshot wounds. He died at the scene. Police said Telsaint had no fixed address.
