BEDFORD, Va. (WSET) — The Bedford Police Department is looking to identify a man in a recent shoplifting incident.
According to a post shared by the department on Tuesday, the man pictured below allegedly left the Bedford Lowes on Jan. 17 with merchandise without paying.
