ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Eighteen dogs were seized on a commercial property Tuesday, February 3 after a report of animal neglect in January, according to Roanoke Police.
Wednesday, January 21, officers responded to the 3500 block of Birchwood Street NE for the report of animal neglect after a delivery driver observed uninhabitable conditions.
