ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WSET) — A portion of a Virginia Highway is currently shut down due to black ice, according to the Rocky Mount Fire Department.
According to the department, Route 220 northbound near Georgetown Road and Windy Ridge Road is currently shut down “until accidents and road conditions can be addressed.”
“If you see a public alert claiming NB 220 is closed, it is only this area at this time,” explained RMFD.
