BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — Some Forest residents are voicing opposition to a proposed expansion of a townhome development on Perrowville Road.
The developer is asking the Bedford County Planning Commission to increase the number of approved units from 53 to 83. The proposal is scheduled to go before the commission Tuesday.
