SALEM, Va. (WFXR) Three cats and two dogs got lost in the Roanoke area after a crash involving a rescue transport van on I-81 Saturday caused them to escape.
As of Monday, only one dog was rescued, but people have an idea of where the second dog is.
“We originally saw her running near the interstate, and she had ran into the median, so we just had to wait her out,” Christy Gorth, a Cave Spring resident who has led the local search for the missing pets, said. “We’re back (Monday) as we had a couple of sightings.”…
