FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing adult.
According to authorities, 21-year-old Charles Arthur Smith Jr. was last seen on or around Feb. 22, 2026, in the 1200 block of Tripple Creek Road at a relative’s home.
Officials say that Smith has not been seen or heard from since then.
Smith is described as being 5’10” and 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes…
