FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing 21-year-old man.
Charles Arthur Smith, Jr. was last reported seen on or around February 22, 2026, in the 1200 block of Tripple Creek Road, in Rocky Mount, at a relative’s home. No one has reported seeing or hearing from him since he left that home, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
