(WFXR) – Soon enough, St. Patrick’s Day will fill city streets with the lucky color green and four-leaved clovers. The holiday is quickly coming around, and there are plenty of events around our area to explore and celebrate!
Roanoke Valley:
Freedom First St. Patrick’s Day Parade:
- The parade starts at 11:00 am, rain or shine, on Saturday, March 14.
- The parade begins on Jefferson Street at Elm Avenue, continues to Campbell Avenue and ends at Williamson Road.
Freedom First Shamrock Festival:
- 10:00 am-5:00 pm in the John Nolen Plaza, Saturday, March 14.
- Admission is free.
