ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – While many sports fans spend March glued to their TVs for March Madness, a different kind of annual matchup is drawing a crowd to Patrick Henry High School — one built around remembrance and giving back.
Hundreds packed the school gym Wednesday for “Docs for Morgan”, a charity basketball game that raises money for the Morgan Harrington Memorial Scholarship, supporting medical students with tuition assistance.
