There’s a new sheriff in town: Montgomery County announces Chief Deputy Page to fill role

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday who would become its next sheriff.

Chief Deputy Robert Page will assume the role beginning April 1. Page joined the sheriff’s office back in 2013.

In a post to Facebook, current Sheriff C.H. Partin wrote that throughout his career, Page has “demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to public safety. Most recently, he has led our Criminal Warrants Division, where he has played a critical role in locating and apprehending wanted offenders.”…
