FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Franklin County has voted to approve its first-ever dog park, a project funded entirely by resident donations. Franklin County Board Supervisor Dan Quinn expects the park to be open this summer at Westlake Crossing.
The park will feature a full acre for dogs to run off-leash, with three-quarters of an acre designated for large dogs and a quarter acre for small dogs.
