ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Around our hometowns, there are efforts everywhere to clean up and create new activity. One area of focus in Roanoke is 11th street, and one group plans to transform a part of this neighborhood into something unique to help it all thrive.
“Northwest is my heart. Just like a lot of other neighborhoods, we want to see this neighborhood thrive too,” said Darlene Lewis.
