FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Rocky Mount man has been arrested in connection to the death of his brother in Franklin County, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
43-year-old Terry Shawn Hodges was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder; Hodges is being held in jail pending further court proceedings, according to deputies.
