The Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Regional Commission (RVARC) is asking residents, businesses, and community groups to help shape the region’s transportation future. The 2045 Rural Long Range Transportation Plan will guide priorities for roads, bridges, transit, and bike/pedestrian connections across Alleghany, Botetourt, Craig, Roanoke, and Franklin Counties, plus nearby cities and towns.
