FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Residents in Franklin County are concerned about several proposed changes to the county’s zoning ordinance.
They say their local government is overstepping and putting too many restrictions on what people can do on their own property.
The draft rewrite of the county’s zoning ordinance is more than 400 pages and covers a lot of ground.
