FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Franklin County Public Schools is eliminating all 10 family liaison positions as leaders work to close budget gaps they say were created by the loss of federal funding.
“We just can’t fund positions when we don’t have the money to pay the salaries for those people,” Superintendent Kevin Siers said.
