ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Four suspects have been charged after allegedly beating and robbing a person near the Liberty Pole.
Around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, there were reports of several people fighting on East Main Street. According to Rochester police, a male was the victim of a strong-armed robbery.
